Digital Orthophotography
Aerial Services reduces orthophotography production costs and times by use of technology to produce seamless orthophotography coverage. They also have a highly automated system for orthophotography production that uses available DTM/DEM.
Digital Terrain Models/Digital Elevation Models (DTM/DEM)
Using analytical stereoplotters or softcopy stations, Aerial Services’ photogrammetrists create digital terrain models (DTM) for contour generation, orthophoto rectification, and flood plain mapping. Digital elevation models (DEM) are created for specialized applications such as 3D modeling, volumetric calculations, power lines, and as-built surveys. Translators convert base map data into several formats, including ERSI, AutoCAD DWG, and Microstation DGN.
3D Digital Topographic Mapping
Analytical stereoplotters and softcopy workstations enable rapid production of three dimensional planimetric and topographic mapping products. Aerial Services is able to meet your data collection needs and allows you to use a diverse array of mapping systems.
Aerotriangulation (AT)
Experienced analytical aerotriangulation professionals work with the most robust softcopy and conventional aerotriangulation systems to produce accurate mapping. Additional high quality, low cost services like direct georeferencing are available.
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging)
Aerial Services’ advanced Light-imaging Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) services can be dispatched to make sense of your customized LiDAR project. LiDAR technology offers acquisition of digital elevation data for large-scale mapping projects. Their experienced team of LiDAR professionals work alongside the years of aerial photography, photogrammetric, and geospatial experience already at Aerial Services which allow the photogrammetrists to combined LiDAR with traditional photogrammetric solutions.
